Perched atop of the glorious hills of San Miguel, California and surrounded by bountiful vineyards we have chosen to plant the Tuscany varieties of olives. Having been in the culinary business for almost 40 years, we agreed that this variety has all the flavor combination suitable for cooking and seasoning. In 2002, we planted 1250 olive trees of 5 varietals: Frantoio, Leccino ,Maurino, Pendolino & Taggiasca. Also 1.5 acre of Zinfandel Grapes Please enjoy the photos of our orchards, Vineyards.
