Suggestion for our Herbs

Greek Herbs

Add a teaspoon or two when you make a Greek Salad.

Add the Herbs when you brine Lamb or Pork.

Brush Olive Oil, chopped Garlic and  a  generous amount of herb on a Leg of Lamb,  marinate for 24 hrs. before cooking on the rotisserie or in your oven.
Mix 1 cup of yogurt with 2 tbsp. Herbs, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. chopped garlic. Place in plastic bag add
 1.5 # of lamb legs cut in 1-1.5" pieces. Marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight. place on skewer with onion. pepper and grill.

 Herbs de Provence

Roasted Potatoes 
Mix 2 lbs potatoes with 3 tbsp. olive oil, salt & pepper to taste,
Place potatoes in a deep covered skillet. Brown potatoes on one side, turn over and add 1.5 cups of chicken stock, cover.
Simmer until the potatoes are tender, lift cover to evaporate the stock, press each potato with a spoon very lightly without smashing. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tbsp herbs, allow the bottom of the potato brown, remove from skillet and serve.  
Chicken
Mix 2 tbsp Herbs with Terrace Hill Extra Virgin Olive Oil salt and pepper to taste, rub over the chicken and between the skin and breast of the chicken, before roasting.

Tuscan Sunset Herb

Sauté  3 chopped garlic cloves in olive oil until lightly brown, add 2 tsp. herbs and 8 Roman Tomatoes ( 2 cups) , diced or 2 cup of canned tomatoes,1/4 cup white wine, cook  slowly for about 15 minutes then pour over your favorite cooked pasta.

Add an 1-2 teaspoon to a quart of pasta sauce.

Marinate your chicken breast and legs for 2-3 hours with olive oil and the Tuscan herbs, before grilling or sauté.

Add the Herbs when you brine Pork or Chicken.

Add to Minestrone.

chop 2 cloves of garlic, 1 anchovies mix with 1 tbsp. herb blend 1/2 cup  of extra virgin olive and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese let sit for 30-45 minutes the dip your fresh bread. ( you can make this without the garlic or anchovies)

Seafood Herbs

Add 1 tsp. Lemon Juice and 1 tsp. of herbs to 2 Cups of mayonnaise, mix well let sit for 30 min. then serve with your grilled or sauté Fish or Shellfish.

Add herbs to your bread crumbs when breading your Fish, Shrimps or Scallops.

Add herbs to your poaching water.

 Mix the juice of a lemon with 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1 tsp. of herbs the rub on your Fish let sit for 30 minutes before baking or sauté.
